1 lb. pasta
8 slices bacon
1/4 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
4 eggs
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta as directed. Cook bacon in a large frying pan with vinegar. Drain bacon and chop, discard vinegar. Put butter and milk in frying pan and heat to melt butter. In a separate bowl mix eggs, cheese, salt and a good amount of pepper; add to the milk with the bacon. Add entire mixture to hot precooked pasta. The heat from the bacon and pasta will cook the egg.
