Ingredients:
Proschetta (Italian Ham) Buy at a Deli or Costco
Fresh Skinny Asparagus
Boursin Herb & Garlic Cheese (Buy at Deli)

Directions:
Directions:
Wash asparagus and cut ends off. Cut prochessta in half. Leave the cheese sit out so it is room temperature. It will spread easier.

Take 1/2 piece of the proschetta and spread the cheese lightly over the entire piece. Wrap and roll the proschetta in the middle of the raw asparagus. Fry in a frying pan (no oil or water needed). When the proschetta is brown, turn over so the other side gets cooked. This cooks fairly quick.

Note: You only need to cook 2-3 per person as it is very salty and rich....IT is the best appetizer ever!
