8 pieces bread, trimmed
1 lb. bacon or sausage, cooked
3 c. milk
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 t. salt (optional)
1 lb. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 9 X 13 pan. Line pan with bread. Lay bacon or sausage on bread. Cover with grated cheese. Pour milk and egg mixture over entire pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
