6 Pork Chops
1 tbsp Butter
1-2 tbsp Olive Oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 (16oz) can tart cherries
1 tbsp Cornstarch
1/4 C Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown chops in butter and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Drain oil from pan.
2.Drain cherries and reserve juice.
3. Add enough water to the juice to make 1 C of liquid. Combine juice with cornstarch and brown sugar in a small sauce pan. Cook stirring constantly until thick and clear.
4. Add cherries to sauce and pour over chops.
5. Cover tightly and simmer 45 min.
