1 bag - Tostito's chips

1/2 cp. Grated Monterrey cheese
1/2 cp. Grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cp. Grate Colby or mozzarella cheese
1/2 cp. Diced tomatoes
1/3 cp. Finely chopped green onions
1/4 cp. Sliced green or black olives
1 jar salsa
1 cp. sour cream

For added spice:
1/4 cp. sliced chili peppers

Directions:
Preheat oven to broil. Place tostitos on baking sheet. Mix all 3 types of cheese in one pile.

Spread 1/2 the cheese over tostitos, then the tomatoes, green onions, olives. Place another layer of tostitos and repeat with remaining ingredients. Heat 3-5 minutes or until cheese melts.
