1 lb. lean ground pork
1/4 cp. fresh parlsey
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. fennel
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. butter
dash cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in Bowl, melt butter, onion and add pork mixture.

Roll meat in puffed pastry and brush over the top:
1 egg yolk, 2 tbsp. cold water

450 - 10 minutes and then reduce heat to 375 for 15 minutes.
