1 (12oz) pack. breakfast sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
4 c. cubed day-old bread
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 (12 ox) cans carnation milk
10 large eggs, beaten
1 t. dry mustard
1/4 t. onion powder
ground pepper/salt to taste

grease 13x9 baking dish, place bread in dish and sprinkle with cheese. Combine milk, eggs, mustard, onion and pepper. Then pour over bread and cheese. Sprinkle with sausage. Cover and
ref. overnight.
