1 12 oz. pkg. medium egg noodles
1 lb. pork cubes
1 lb. veal cubes
1 c. celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 small can sliced mushrooms
2 cans chicken noodle soup (do not add water)
1 small jar pimiento

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork and veal in a large pan. Add a little water, cover, and simmer for about 20-30 minutes. Add chopped celery, green pepper, and onion. Simmer about 30 minutes until meat & vegetables are tender. Cook noodles separately according to package directions. Drain. Combine noodles with meat mixture, mushrooms, soup & pimiento. Heat in casserole, 350 until heated through.
