8 roma tomatoes, diced
1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper


Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, toss together the tomatoes, basil and garlic.

Mix in the balsamic vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Serve on toasted bread slices.
