4 chicken breasts or whole chicken boiled (save broth)
1 large onion, chopped
1 bag Doritos, crushed
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, chunked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Ro-tel tomatoes
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 can chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Layer chicken (pulled off the bones), Doritos and cheese.
Combine: cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, Ro-tel tomatoes, chili powder, onion and chicken broth.Pour this over the other ingredients and bake about 1 hour at 350.
