2 c. buttermilk
3 T. oil
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 or 3 eggs
1 c. raisins
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
4 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Drop rounded spoonfuls in hot oil (325º or 350º).

Dip/roll in sugar while still hot.
