4-5 lb. boneless beef brisket
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup catsup
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon Lea & Perrin
1-1/2 teaspoons liquid smoke
1 bay leaf
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Rub meat with salt. Place in ungreased 13x9 pan. Stir together remaining ingredients. Pour over meat. Cover tightly and bake at 325 for 3 hours or until tender.
