1 cup butter
1 cup confectioner's sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1-1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup oatmeal
2 bottles of chocolate shot

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Chill dough for about 30 minutes. Shape chilled dough in rolls 1-1/2 inches in diameter. Roll in chocolate shot. Slice about 3/8" thick. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 325 for 25 minutes.
