1 (15 oz.) can of black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can of summer crisp corn or shoepeg corn, drained
2 green onions, chopped
1 T. chopped cilantro
1 T. lime juice
1 T. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate. Serves 4 - 6.
