1 pork tenderloin (1 lb)
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp olive oil

Directions:
Preheat broiler. Pat pork dry with paper towels. In small bowl, mix next 5 ingredients; use to rub over pork. Place pork on rack in broiling pan. Place pan in broiler 5 to 7 inches from heat source; broil 15 to 20 min, turning once, until pork is browned and internal temperature reaches 155º F on instant-red thermometer (temperature will rise to 160º F upon standing). Transfer pork to platter. Let stand 10 min; keep warm. To serve, thinly slice pork.
