1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp cocoa
5 tbsp margarine
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup cold water

2 tbsp margarine or butter
1 block (ounce) baking chocolate
2 tbsp milk
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

This cake is made directly in the 8" cake pan.
Sift flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, cocoa into pan. Drizzle the melted margarine through mixture. Spread in vinegar. Add vanilla and cold water. Mix slightly. Bake at 350F for 35 min.

Melt chocolate with margarine. Add powdered sugar, milk and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Optional: sprinkle with coconut flakes.
