1 small onion chopped
1 can pitted ripe black olives - chopped
1 1/2 c shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c mayonnaise
1 pkg English muffins

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients throughly with mayonnaise. Open English muffins and place on cookie sheet. Spread mixture on English muffins and bake 10 min at 400 or until bubbly. Cut each muffin into quarters and serve hot.
