1 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin
1/4 c. peanut or canola oil
1/8 c. hoisin sauce
1/8 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. rice wine vinegar
1/8 c. dry sherry
1/2 tsp. hot chili oil
2 green onions, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 T. ginger root, minced

Mix marinade and place in a ziploc bag with the tenderloin. (Remove as much air from the bag as possible.) Leave at room temperature for 3-4 hours or refrigerate overnight. Cook on a grill at medium-high heat about 10-12 minutes per side. Continue to baste with the marinade. Boil the remaining marinade for 2-3 minutes and serve with hot tenderloin. Serve with rice and Ramen Chinese Cabbage Salad.
