Meat Filling:
3/4 cups mushrooms chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/4 finely chopped parsley
1 cup grated cheddar cheese (or your choice)
1/2 cup milk
Salt & Pepper to taste

Double Crust Sour Cream Pastry:
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 t. salt
2 t. baking powder
1/2 cup chilled unsalted butter cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 cup sour cream

Meat filling:
Brown ground beef and mushrooms. Put in a mixing bowl. Stir in onions, parsley, cheese and milk, salt & pepper. Put mixture into a pie plate lined with pastry, top with 2nd crust add a few steam vents.
Bake at 350║for 45 minutes.

Sour Cream Pastry
In large mixing bowl mix flour, salt & baking powder. Cut in butter until it resembles very coarse crumbs. Stir in sour cream to make a stiff pastry. Wrap & chill dough 30 minutes. Divide into 2 parts. One for the bottom crust and one for the top crust.
