1 1/2 lbs. fresh green beans, cut into 1" lengths
1 c. pecans; toasted, coarsely chopped
1/2 c. red onion, diced
1 c. feta cheese, crumbled

DRESSING:
2/3 c. olive oil
1 tsp. dried dill weed
1/3 c. white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper, freshly ground

Directions:
Directions:
Toast the pecans in the oven at 350º for 10 -15 minutes. Stir occasionally. Steam green beans or cook in large pan of boiling water, about 4 minutes. Drain and immerse in cold water immediately. Remove from cold water and pat dry.

To Make Dressing: In a small bowl, combine olive oil, dill, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. Whisk to blend. Refrigerate. Place chilled beans in a shallow serving bowl. Sprinkle with pecans, red onion and feta. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Just before serving, top with the dressing and toss.
