2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick (1/2 cup) cold, unsalted butter
3/4 cup buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F. In large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Using the large holes on a hand grater, grate butter into dry ingredients and toss to combine. Pour in buttermilk and stir with rubber spatula just until dough comes together. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently five to six times.
2. With floured rolling pin, roll dough into 8"x4" rectangle. Cut into eight 2" squares. Transfer to an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, until golden brown. Serve immediately.
