10 potatoes {cut up}
1/2 cup margarine
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic pepper
1 tbsp. minced onion {dried}
1 cup scalded skim milk
8 oz. cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes & drain, whip potatoes & margarine until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients. Beat together. Place in a 4-6 qt. dish. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes. {Can be refrigerated overnight}.
