6 large sweet potatoes {peeled & boiled}
4 apples {peeled & sliced} your choice
1 large can frozen o.j. {thawed}
nutmeg
cinnamon

Praline sauce~
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions:
Prepare praline sauce in a sauce pan. Melt butter, add corn syrup then rest of ingredients.

Potatoes~
Layer potatoes in a buttered 9x 13 pan continuing with sliced apples, sprinkle with cinnamon & nutmeg. After each layer of apples. Continue to layer until pan is full {packed tightly}. Then pour O.J. over top. Then pour your prepared praline sauce over the top of that. Bake covered for 30 minutes at 350º/brown last 5 minutes.
