1/2 cup mashed bananas
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 pkg (3oz) instant vanilla or banana cream pudding mix
4 eggs beaten
1 cup water
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup walnuts optional
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients.Blend to mix, then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.Pour into greased and flour bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Cool 15 minutes before frosting or removing from pan. Frost with : 2 cups powdered sugar, 2 tbsp soft butter, 1-2 tbsp milk.Combine and drizzle over cake.
