1 cup flour 1/2 cup butter
1/4 tsp. salt 4 eggs
1 cup boiling water 16 Oz. Cool Whip
2 boxes low fat/low calorie vanilla pudding prepared as package directions
1 TBSP low calorie chocolate syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Place butter and boiling water in sauce pan. Keep on low heat until butter is melted. Add flour and salt all at one time. Stir vigorously until mixture leaves the sides of the pan and forms a ball. Remove from heat and add unbeaten eggs, one at a time. Beat well after each egg. Smooth into 9"x13" pan and bake at 425 for 30 minutes. When cool, add pudding, then layer Cool Whip. Drizzle syrup on top as garnish. Chill 2 hours.
