1 thin Boboli pizza crust olive oil 1 sweet onion 3-4 T. brown sugar 2 T. butter 1 1/2 c. crumbled gorgonzola cheese 1 c. finely chopped walnuts
Brush crust with oil. Saute sweet onion in butter until cooked. Add brown sugar. Cook until onions are caramelized. Place on crust. Top with crumbled gorgonzola cheese and walnuts. Bake at 350º until cheese melts. Cut in squares to serve. (I use a pizza stone to bake it)
