2 cups sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green peppers (can use the yellow)
1 4 oz. jar pimentos
2 qt. well washed and drained sauerkraut

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the sugar, vinegar and oil until the sugar is dissolved.
Pour over the sauerkraut
Add the celery, onion, peppers and pimento
Mix well and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. The longer the better.
Will keep 2-3 weeks.
