2 1/2 cups raisins
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp cornstarch
3/4 cup water
3 Tbsp lemon juice
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 3/4 cups sifted flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp soda
1 1/2 cups rolled oats

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, cook raisins, sugar, cornstarch, water, and lemon juice over low heat until thickened (about 5 minutes). Cool. Mix together mayonnaise and brown sugar. Add flour, salt, and soda and mix well. Add oats and mix well. Press half of flour mixture in bottom on greased 9x13 pan. Spread raisin filling on top. Tap on remaining flour mixture. Bake at 400 for 20-30 minutes. Cut into bars.
