1 box yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup Crisco oil
4 eggs

Icing:
2 small pkgs instant vanilla pudding
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 (9 oz) tub cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together cake mix, oranges, sugar, oil, and eggs. Pour into three glass cake pans. Bake at 350º for 23 minutes. Let cake cool. Mix icing ingredients and spread on cake. Refrigerate.
