1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 can tomatoes
1-2 cans chili or kidney beans
1 can chili (no beans)
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt
1 pkg corn tortillas
1 cup cheese, grated
1 Tbsp taco seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, onions, and garlic; drain. Add tomatoes, beans, chili, salt, and pepper and bring to boil; then simmer 20 minutes. Put three tortillas in bottom of baking dish. Top with some sauce, then more tortillas, then sauce (until sauce is all used up, ending with sauce). Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 400º for 30 minutes.
