45 oz. French style green beans, drained (3 cans)
28 oz. artichoke hearts; drained, chopped
1 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. mozzarella
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. olive oil

salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.

In a large bowl, mix green beans, artichokes, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, mozzarella and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to blend. Transfer to a greased 9 x 13 baking pan.

LIghtly drizzle olive oil over the top. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes.
