2 cups white rice (cooked),
1/2 pint sour cream,
salt & pepper to taste,
1 can dices green Chile's,
Monterey jack cheese, (grated)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix rice, sour cream, salt & pepper. Layer in casserole with diced Chile's and grated cheese. Put remaining cheese over top and dot with butter.

Or, mix all together and top with cheese.

Bake @ 350º for 1-hour.
