This recipe for Passover Rolls, by Melba Nedler, is from The Kleinman Family Cookbook,
one of the cookbooks created at FamilyCookbookProject.com. We help
families or individuals create heirloom cookbook treasures.
2 cups matzah meal 1 1/2 cups water 3/4 cup peanut oil 1 tbsp sugar 1/2 tsp salt 6 eggs
Mix water and oil, salt and sugar. Bring mixture to a boil then remove from stove and slowly pour in matzah meal and stir. Add one egg at a time, mixing after each addition. Take a big spoonful (they do expand) and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375F for 40 minutes. If making ahead, store in a plastic bag.
