2 cups matzah meal
1 1/2 cups water
3/4 cup peanut oil
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
6 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water and oil, salt and sugar. Bring mixture to a boil then remove from stove and slowly pour in matzah meal and stir. Add one egg at a time, mixing after each addition. Take a big spoonful (they do expand) and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375F for 40 minutes.
If making ahead, store in a plastic bag.
