4 1/2 c all-purpose flour, sifted
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 c butter or margarine, softened
1 1/2 c granulated sugar
3 large eggs, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking soda, and baking powder together in a large bowl and set aside. In a large mixing bowl cream butter and sugar and then add beaten eggs. Add vanilla and vinegar to butter mixture. Blend in dry ingredients until a stiff dough forms. Refrigerate 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350º. Roll out dough thinly on a floured boar and cut into desired shapes with cookie cutters. Place on greased cookie sheets and bake at 350º for 7 to 8 minutes until lightly browned around the edges.

Nell marked through the 7 to 8 minutes and changed it to 13 minutes. However, on the back of the recipe, she wrote cook 17 minutes.
