4 pork chops
2 T. butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
2 T. milk
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 c. herb seasoned dry bread stuffing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Butter 9" x 13" pan. Combine egg, milk and pepper. Dip chops in egg mix and coat with stuffing mix. Place in the pan and bake at 425º for 10 min. Turn chops and bake another 10 min or until juices run clear.
