2 stalks celery, chopped
2 medium onions, chopped1/4 c. butter
6 onion bulky rolls, cut into 1/2 in.cubes
2 tsp salt
1/2 oz.poultry seasoning
3 C oysters, chopped in quarters
1 3/4 C oyster liquor and water(more or less water)
2 tsp salt

Directions:

Cook celery and onion in butter till soft. Add cut up onion rolls. Mix thoroughly. Add oysters, poultry seasoning and enough liquid to moisten. Stuff turkey.
