16 oz Cream Cheese, softened
8 oz Sour Cream
1/4 C Taco Sauce
1 lb Ground Beef
1 pkg Taco Seasoning Mix
1 C Frozen Corn, thawed
1 Green Pepper, diced
1/2 Red Onion, chopped
Tomatoes, diced
1 1/2 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 bag Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
15 oz can Black Beans, rinsed and drained

Beat cream cheese, sour cream and taco sauce until smooth. Spread on a 12-14” pizza pan. Refrigerate for one hour. Brown beef over medium heat; drain. Add taco seasoning mix and a few tablespoons of water to moisten. Cool completely! Spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate. Just before serving, sprinkle with beans, corn, pepper, onion, lettuce and cheese. Drizzle a little taco sauce all over the top. Top with diced tomatoes. Serve with Tostitos Scoops© chips.
