4 boneless chicken breasts
1 small bell pepper
1 onion
2 celery stalks
1 can chopped mushrooms
2 T. chopped pimento
1 to 2 lb velvetta
1 can rotel
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
4 cans chicken broth
1 package spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken. Dice bell pepper, onion and celery and saute in butter or margarine until done. Add mushrooms and chopped pimento. Melt cheese and add rotel. Stir in soup, add chicken and cup of chicken broth. Prepare spaghetti by boiling and adding 1 cup of chicken broth. Mix everything in large baking dish. Cover with grated cheddar cheese and bake until cheese melts.
