1/2 C whole wheat flour
1/4 C all-purpose flour
1/4 C toasted wheat germ
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
1 C low-fat milk
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp honey
nonstick cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
In medium mixing bowl, whisk together dry ingredients. In a second medium mixing bowl, whisk together egg, milk and vegetable oil. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and whisk together while adding honey. Heat skillet over low heat. Spray with nonstick cooking spray. Pour about 1/4 C batter into circle and cook until bottom is lightly browned. Flip and lightly brown second side.
