Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts (or one per person)
2 large carrots chopped
1 large onion roughly chopped
Any colour pepper roughly chopped
2 courgettes chopped roughly
As much garlic as you like in my opinion more the better

Basically any old veg can be chucked in depending on what the family like or what is hanging around in the fridge.

1 can of condensed chicken soup
1 can of condensed mushroom soup
1 can of water
sprinkling of dried mixed herbs
2x tsp vegetable stock powder
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat the oven to 200º

Place all the raw ingredients into an oven proof dish and stir making sure that the chicken is covered by the liquid. If it is not, change dishes but do not add more liquid!

I meant to cover this with foil the first time I did it but forgot, so not necessary

This is a really great alternative to Sunday roast but all in one pot. Serve with mash, peas or anything that takes your fancy! Enjoy
