10 Cups Shredded Potatoes (frozen will work too)
1 Pint. Sour Cream
1 Cup Shredded Cheese
1 Cups Cooked and Crumbled Bacon
1 tsp. Salt
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl with potatoes added last.
Pour in 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes
