MARINADE:
1/3 Cup Olive Oil
4 T. Tobasco Sauce
4 T. Red Wine Vinegar
2 T. McCormick Grill Seasoning
2 Cloves Smashed Garlic
2 lbs. Flank Steak
DRESSING:
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
Zest of One Lemon
2 T. Dijon Mustard
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
TOPPINGS:
1 Cup Blue Cheese
10 SlicesCooked and Crumbled Bacon
3 Lg. Tomatoes cut into wedges
1 Lg. Container Mixed Salad Greens

Directions:
Directions:
Marinade meat over night. Grill till done. Discard Marinade
Cook bacon.
Add all ingredients with meat being the last.
