1 20oz. can crushed Pineapple (don't drain)
2/3 c splenda
1 pkg sugar free lemon jello
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 c diced unpeeled apples
1/2 to 1 c chopped pecans
1 c chopped celery
1 c Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Place pineapple and Splenda in saucepan. Boil for 3 minutes. Add jello and stir. Blend in cream cheese. Fold in remaining ingredients and chill until firm.
