1 c. oats
3/4 c. apple juice
1 red apple, cored
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. chopped, toasted hazelnuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. plain yogurt
2 1/2 oz. fresh blueberries
2 tbsp. honey, warm & thin

Directions:
Directions:
Place oats and apple juice in bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let chill 1 hour to overnight if desired.
Grate or chop apple (mix with lemon juice to avoid discoloring). Combine apple, nuts, and cinnamon to mix and mix well. Top with yogurt & blueberries, drizzle with honey.
