1 bag of chopped Coleslaw
1 bunch of scallions chopped
2 Pkgs. Ramen oriental noodles and soup mix
1 c honey roasted peanuts
1 sm. bottle of sesame seeds

Dressing
4 T. white sugar
2/3 c. oil
6 T. white vinegar
2 pkgs of ramen oriental soup mix

Directions:
Directions:

Combine ingredients for dressing and blend in food processor. Mix dressing with cabbage and scallions let sit for 1-2 hours.

Crunch raw ramen noodles and add peanuts and sesame seeds. Set aside. When ready add dry to serve add dry mixture to salad and serve immediately.
