1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup light brown sugar
4 Tbsp. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add syrup, sugar, and salt. Mix well. When cool add the eggs. Line the tart pan with the pastry. Sprinkle with raisins in bottom of the tart shells. Pour in the liquid.
Bake until nicely brown in a 400 oven for 20 mins.
