1 C. brown sugar
1/2 C. sugar
1/2 C. butter
1/2 C. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 C. buttermilk
2 1/2 C. flour
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
4 TB. cocoa
3 C. grated zucchini
1/2-1 C. chocolate chips

Cream together sugar, butter and oil in lg. bowl. Add eggs, vanilla and buttermilk and stir well to mix. Combine flour, allspice, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and cocoa. Add to creamed mixture. Mix well. Add grated zucchini. Mix until well blended. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and bake at 325 for 45 min.
