2 C. uncooked spiral pasta
2 lbs.hamburger
2 sm. onions, chpd.
1 garlic clove, minced
1 jar (26oz) spaghetti sauce
1 jar (4-1/2oz.) sliced mushrooms
1/2 C. sour cream
1/2 lb. American cheese, cubed
2 C. shredded mozzarella cheese

Cook pasta according to pkg. directions. Meanwhile, in a lg. saucepan, cook the hamburger, onions and garlic over medium heat until meat is cooked; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and mushrooms; bring to a boil. Place 1/2 C. meat sauce in a greased shallow 2 1/2 qt. baking dish. Drain pasta; place half over sauce. Top with the remaining meat sauce; spread with sour cream. Top with American cheese and remaining pasta and meat sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake for 25-30 min. Uncover; bake for 5-10 min. longer or until bubbly.
