¼ red bell pepper seeded and coarsely chopped ½ large jalapeño 2 tbsp. chopped yellow onion 1 cup mayonnaise 1 tbsp. white vinegar ¼ tsp. cracked black pepper 1 tsp. garlic powder ½ tsp. cumin
Using a food processor or blender puree bell pepper and onion Mix 1 cup mayonnaise and 4 teaspoons of puree in bowl Add remaining ingredients and mix well Chill in refrigerator overnight to blend flavors
