1 - 8 ounce bottle Blackberry/Plum syrup
2 – tbsp. white tequila
2 – tbsp. fresh lime juice plus any pulp
3 – garlic cloves coarsely chopped
kosher salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in sauce pan and bring to simmer. Cook approximately 10 minutes stirring often to prevent sticking. When sauce is desired consistency remove from heat. Add water if thinning is required. Brush liberally on pork, chicken or fish.
